Pengaruh Mutasi dan Promosi Jabatan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pada SKPD di Lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Riau
This study was conducted to 1 ) analyze the effect of the mutation on the performance of employees, 2 ) analyze the effect of promotions on employee performance, 3 ) analyze the effect of the mutation on the performance of employees through job satisfaction as a moderator variable, 4 ) analyze the effect of promotions on the performance of employees through job satisfaction as a moderator variable, 5) analyze the effect of mutations on job satisfaction 6) analyze the effect of promotions on job satisfaction, 7) To analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.
This study is a verification that aims to see a causal relationship. This research was conducted by processing primary data obtained through quantitative questionnaire , to determine the effect of the mutation , job satisfaction and promotion of civil servants on performance on education in the Provincial Government of Riau.
The results of this study indicate that 1) mutations have a significant direct effect on performance, 2) Promotions has a significant direct effect on performance, 3) Movements through job satisfaction were not significant effect on performance, 4) Promotions through providing job satisfaction significant influence on the performance, 5) mutations have a significant direct effect on job satisfaction, 6) Promotions has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction , 7) job satisfaction has a significant direct effect on the performance.
