The purpose of this study was to examine and to explain the effect of financial statement presentation to attempt to optimize the accountability and transparency of financial management as well as to assess and explain the effect of local accessibility of financial statements to attempt to optimize the accountability and transparency of financial management. The population used was all employee at the Regional Inspectorate Kampar district, community and Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in Kampar district, the total sample was 65 persons. While the analysis of data using multiple regression models. The results of this study stated that the financial statements have a significant impact on the transparency and accountability of financial statements Kampar regency. It can be seen from the t value > t table. Accessibility of local finance has a significant impact on the transparency and accountability of financial statements Kampar regency. It can be seen from the accessibility variable t value> t table.
