Each company of any sector SOEs and non- SOEs goo , required to carry out social responsibility or CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to the environment and the communities in which they operate , particularly in the oil sector is located in District pertamina Lyrics Indragiri Hulu . As for PT . Pertamina (Perser ) Lirik Indragiri Hulu has been trying but in practice there are phenomena less to achieve the goals of CS , the lack of communication from the company and the government and has not increased economic conditions of CSR activities undertaken .
Thus the authors conducted research Program Implementation CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Lirik Indragiri Hulu, with the purpose of research to investigate the implementation of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilit ) at PT. Pertamina EP Asset I Lirik Indragiri Hulu and To determine the factors that affect the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT . Pertamina EP Asset I Lyrics Indragiri Hulu .
further research methods used Methods used in this study is a qualitative research that describe or explain the existing problems by providing answers to the problems dikemukan then the authors collected data using interviews and observation as a data collection tool research .
After collecting data from informants research is Head of CSR PT. Pertamina, Head Lirik Area and Village Heads it is known that it can be seen that the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility conducted by PT. Pertamina has been implemented in accordance with the provisions and social responsibility . But there are still shortcomings in the implementation of activities such as activities that are not effective and do not fit as well as the number of activities a bit. The inhibiting factors are internal factors include the source of funds and human resources, and of the external factors that government policy as well as the support of the local community.
