Analisis Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Keputusan Dan Kepuasan Orang Tua Siswa Memilih TK Az–Zuhra Kota Pekanbaru
The aim of study is to investigate direct and indirect effects analysis marketing mix on the decision and satisfaction of students parents to choose Tk Az - Zuhra Pekanbaru. The population are students parents of Tk Az - Zuhra Pekanbaru. The sample consisted of 218 customer who were selected with a proportionate random sampling technique. The variables are product, price, promotion, place, promotion, people, psysical and process as independent variables, decision and satisfaction as dependent. The data were analyzed with Fishbein analysis and path analysis by using SPSS 17 for windows.
The results show that gives product, price, promotion, place, promotion, people, psysical and process gives a positive and no significant impact to decision of students parents. The decisions gives a positive and significant impact to satisfaction of students parents.
