The study was conducted on Electrical Installation Company in Pekanbaru City with the aim to analyze the effect Service reliability and management expectation on the quality of internal services (INTQUAL) in Electrical Installation company in Pekanbaru
The population in this study were all employees of Electrical Installation Company in Pekanbaru. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression.
