The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT.Asuransi Adira Dinamika at Pekanbaru Branch. Knowing the influence of Customer Relationship Management on Service Quality at PT.Asuransi Adira Dinamika at Pekanbaru Branch. Knowing the influence of Customer Relationship Management on Customer Satisfaction at PT.Asuransi Adira Dinamika at Pekanbaru Branch. Knowing the influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT.Asuransi Adira Dinamika at Pekanbaru Branch.
In this study, the population is all customers of PT. Asuransi Adira Dinamika at Pekanbaru Branch as many as 3.938 customers. Using probability sampling method, number of samples that will be used is 100 customers with multiple linear regression analysis.
Based on the results Customer Relationship Management has an influence on Service Quality at PT.Asuransi Adira Dinamika at Pekanbaru Branch. Customer Relationship Management has an influence on Customer Satisfaction at PT.Asuransi Adira Dinamika at Pekanbaru Branch. Service Quality has an influence on Customer Satisfaction at PT.Asuransi Adira Dinamika at Pekanbaru Branch.
