The background will be the operational needs of the quickly and easy transfer of materialand improve work efficiency, because of that industrial company very needed one of equipment that can quickly transport material. That matter inspire writer to design and manufacture conveyor bucket as bulk load.
The manufacturing of conveyor bucket do at production technology laboratory. Manufacture do with estimation components that will be used. Conveyor bucket can be used to moved material from one place to another in form of load continuously. Conveyor bucket as distribution fertilizer made with maximum capacity 1128 kg/hours on rotation of roller 38 rpm and angle feeder is 45º.
For transportation of material needed power of electric motor 1 hp that make move roller shaft with 38 rpm. The rotation be continued to belt through pulley, which has been 2 reduced, the first on the reducer with a ratio 1:2, then rotation shaft will make move belt connected on both of shaft connexion.
