The purpose of this research is: To determine the quality of the licensing service in the Office of Integrated Service Unit (UPT) Mandau sub Bengkalis and to know what aspects that affect the quality of the licensing service in the Office of Integrated Service Unit (UPT) Mandau sub Bengkalis.
Qualitative research by Taylor and Bogdan in Suyanto and Sutinah (2011; 166) can be defined as research that produces descriptive data about the words spoken or written, and behaviors that can be observed from those under investigation. This research was conducted in the Office of Integrated Service Unit (UPT) Mandau Bengkalis District of Riau Province.
Data analysis is an activity the researchers to analyze or examine the data and information obtained from research results to make it easier in the presentation and in the discussion and interpretation. In accordance with the research methods and data collection techniques used in this study, then in analyzing the data collected is used descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. In this way, the author can describe the whole data or facts obtained, then analyze and then make the interpretation of results of analysis based on the concepts and theories that are relevant.
Based on analysis of these data, then it can be concluded inductively, which means drawing conclusions from things that are special to the general shape, with respect to research on the quality of the licensing service in the Office of Integrated Service Unit (UPT) Mandau sub Bengkalis.
Thus it is known that Licensing Services in the Office of Integrated Service Unit (UPT) Mandau sub Bengkalis (Studies in Licensing Service License) is categorized quite good. As for the obstacles in Licensing Services in the Office of Integrated Service Unit (UPT) Mandau sub Bengkalis (Studies in Licensing Service License) include: Lack of availability of good access from UPT is not the availability of facilities such as the unavailability of the lounge and computers for employees to do their jobs, they often work meinggalkan employees in working hours so that people difficult to meet the employees in question.
