Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Pemeliharaan Karyawan Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Pt Besmindo Materi Sewatama Wilayah Duri
This study aims to determine the influence of Job Satisfaction, Employees Maintenance, and Job Stress to Employees Turnover Intention of PT Besmindo Materi Sewatama Duri Region. The population in this study are employees of PT. Besmindo Materi Sewatama Duri Region. The sample of this research are 82 employees. The type of data used are primary data with data collection method using a questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study. The results showed that the job satisfaction, employees maintenance, and job stress simultaneously had significant effect to employees turnover intention of PT Besmindo Materi Sewatama Duri Region which significance value below 0.05 for each variable. The value of Adjusted R square is 0.519, which means by 51.9% of independent variable in this study was able to influence the dependent variable, while the remaining 48.1% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
