Pengaruh Penyuluhan Terhadap Keberdayaan Petani Karet Pola Swadaya Di Kecamatan Bunut Kabupaten Pelalawan

The purposes of this research are describing the role of farming counseling for rubber farming, describing farmer empowerment level, describing of getting farmers counselor purpose, analyzing the role of farming counseling for farmer empowerment level and the role of rubber farmer empowerment level at rising the farmer counseling purpose of innate farming system. This research took place in Sialang Kayu Batu Village and Bagan Laguh Village Bunut Sub-district Pelalawan Municipality. Sample was determined by purposive sampling method that have characteristics, consist of group farmers and it was still active. There were 120 farmers as respondent. The data was analyzed by using Likert Scale’s Summated Rating (SLR) and Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that the role of counseling was categorized “Sufficient Role” with the score of 2,90. The empowerment level was categorized “Sufficient Useful” with the score of 3,30. The empowerment purpose that consisted of better farming, better business and better living was categorized “Reached” with the score of 3,64. The role of counseling and empowerment got the CR value = 2,833. While the empowerment on the purpose of counseling got the CR value = 3,700. It could be concluded that the role of counseling gave a significant impact on the farmer empowerment and the empowerment of rubber farmers gave a highly significant impact on the achievement of counseling purpose.
