Distribution of fuel oil that does not comply with the applicable provisions still a problem for the City of Pekanbaru. This can be seen from the number of omission by the dealer/petrol stations for sell off fuel by using jerrycans to those who do not have permission purchase, many also the distribution of fuel which are not effective and the number of non inaccuracies engine size/meter pumps at petrol stations in the City of Pekanbaru as dealer. This study was conducted to determine the distribution of fuel control carried out by the City Disperindag Pekanbaru.
Research conducted using qualitative methods. This study uses the theory Manullang monitoring by setting standards, conducting assessment actions and conduct corrective action. In this research technique performed is observation, interview and documentation using qualitative analysis techniques in exploration.
The research found first, the implementation of monitoring by the Department of Industry and Trade masi less than optimal. Second, retailers Subsidized Fuel Oil does not pay attention to safety aspects. Third, the lack of socialization masi filling stations in procedures and regulations have been established jointly with the government. fourth, masi lack of cooperation between the Department of Industry and Trade, the police, the gas stations, the public and others to minimize errors in the distribution of subsidized fuel oil for the right target in trade off this Subsidized Fuel Oil.
