This research is a type of class. Implementation of measures in this study, conducted in the cycle (cycle). When the first act is already able to achieve the expected goals then direct conclusions can be drawn, but if there is no improvement, or the medium used has not been successful it will be continued in the next cycle. The study population was children early childhood Pertiwi totaling 20 children, consisting of 10 boys and 10 girls. The instrument of this study using observation sheet. After the implementation of the study's ability to know the children through the use of the emblem numbers lotto game media is increasing, this is evidenced by the percentage of prior actions 37.50% to 72.81%. Activities children and teachers is evidenced by the increased percentage of children activities before action by 49.65% to 80.56%, while for the activities of teachers has increased from 62.22% to 84.44% so it can be concluded ability to know the number of children aged 4- emblem 5 years in early childhood village Pertiwi Peranap Peranap District of Indragiri Hulu can be improved through the use of media lotto game.
