Pelanggaran Lalu Lintas (Studi Tentang Pelanggaran Lalu Lintas Yang Dilakukan Oleh Pengendara Sepeda Motor Di Kota Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar)

The Intent of This research to explain caracteristic and kind of traffic violation and factor who make traffic violation is did by the disorderly riderand then make a recommendation to police who role in secure the traffic diciplint for decrease the traffic violation. The way we use for this research is cualitatif way and need some data is like secunder and primer who got by interview. There are 39 respondents who chosen by accidental gambling and the other 5 additional informan. The result of this research is the caracteristic of the responden who most did the traffic violation is male and in the between of 28 – 37 years old and graduated from junior high school and senior high school and the most kind of violation are didnot use helmet, didnot bring the letter of completness driving (driver’s license and vehicle regristraton), unfulfill the letter of completness driving and vehicle againts the lane. Factor of traffic rider by rider in bangkinang are human factor. Human factor is the dominant factor affect occurance traffic violance compared with other factor. Education, culture and enviroment society, vehicle and lane also make the effect of traffic violation who did by rider. While effort of traffic police in decrease the traffic violation make activity of socialization, traffic patrol regularly as form as preventif mode and give the punishment to the violator rider corresponding with the violationas effort the law enforcement.
