Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Minat Pegawai Negeri Sipil (Pns) Untuk Melakukan Tindakan Whistleblowing (Studi Empiris Pada Kantor Skpd Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi)
This study examine the influence of attitude towards whistleblowing, organizational commitment, personal cost, and seriousness of wrongdoing on the whistleblowing intentions among civil servants. Empirical study on SKPD Kuantan Singingi Regency. Respondents in this study are civil servans who worked in the SKPD of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The number of auditor that were visited in this study were 70 civil servans from 41 SKPD in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The method of determining the sample is by using purposive sampling method, while the data processing method used by reseacher are the multiple regression and use SPSS version 24.00 as the software for processing the data. The result shows that the attitude towards whistleblowing give a significant influence in whistleblowing intentions value as shown by sig 0,002 (0,002 < 0,05), organizational commitment give a significant influence in whistleblowing intentions value as shown by sig 0,007 (0,007 < 0,05), personal cost give a significant influence in whistleblowing intentions value as shown by sig 0,001 (0,001 < 0,05) and seriousness of wrongdoing a significant influence in whistleblowing intentions value as shown by sig 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05) Keyword : Attitude towards whistleblowing, Organizational Commitment, Personal Cost, Seriousness of wrongdoing and Whistleblowing Intentions
