Pengaruh Diklat Dan Program K3 Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Dimediasi Oleh Perilaku Kerja Karyawan PT. Waskita Guna Jaya

The research held in PT. Waskita Guna Jaya. The aim is to know the direct and indirect influence of education & training and safety & health program to performance through work behavior as the mediating variable.

Population are 145 of site-office employees. Samples taken by census on all company work sites. Variables used are education & training and safety & health program as independent, performance as dependent and work behavior as the mediating variable. Data analyzed by using path analysis which is processed by SPSS 22 for windows.

The study reveals that directly both education & training and safety & health program have significant impact on performance. Indirectly, work behavior has positive mediating role on the effect of education & training and safety & health program to performance. The effectiveness improvement of education & training and safety & health program is recommended in order to optimize the performance and employees’ work behavior.
