In this final project designed a tool that serves as a Measure Passing Vehicle Speed Sensor Using photoelectric. Photoelectric sensor consists of two light sensors (Phototransistor) and two light-emitting (Laser), which serves to detect the presence of vehicles across the sensor at a distance of 2 meters. Microcontroller ATMega 8535 is a data processing speed obtained from both sensors. the speed of a vehicle can be measured by using the law of motion Straight Regular (GLB) that speed equals distance divided by time. The time can be calculated using Timer 1 on the microcontroller. When the sensor 1 is blocked by the vehicle, then the timer will be activated later when the sensor 2 is blocked then the timer will be switched off. Travel time is the difference in the time value of sensor 2 minus time sensor 1. Data speed measurement results are displayed on the LCD 16 * 2.
