The purpose of this study was to (1) To analyze and determine the effect Number of Members on the financial performance of business cooperation in RokanHilir, (2) to analyze and determine the effect Internal Capital on the financial performance of business cooperation in RokanHilir (3) to analyze and determine the effect External Capital on the financial performance of business cooperation in RokanHilir, (4) to analyze and determine the effect Bussiness Volume on the financial performance of business cooperation in RokanHilir and (5) To analyze and determine the effect on the financial performance of Total Asset Cooperative business in RokanHilir. Cooperative research sample that is conducting theAnnual Members Meeting 2015 as many as 119 cooperative. By using multiple regression analysis model to test hypotheses partial test (t) and the Simultaneous Test (F) and the coefficient of determination (R and r2).

Conclusions based on the results of studies suggest that external capital, bussiness volume, and Total Asset affect the financial performance (SHU) in RokanHilir, while the Number of Member, Internal Capital has no effect on the financial performance (SHU) Cooperative in RokanHilir.
