This study aimed to examine the effect of workload, commitment and supervision to the performance of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics Riau Province Pekanbaru. It also aims to examine the effect of workload, commitment and supervision to the performance of employees simultaneously at the Central Bureau of Statistics Riau Province Pekanbaru. The study was conducted at the Central Bureau of Statistics Riau Province Pekanbaru at Jalan Pattimura No. 12 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics Riau Province Pekanbaru amounted of 111 employees. To determine samples is using the Slovin formula. So samples taken are 87 people with non-probability sampling method. To analyse data is using multiple regression. Based on the results and data analysis, workload, commitments, supervision has a significant influence on the performance in the Central Bureau of Statistics Riau Province. Performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Riau Province is affected by the variable workload, commitment and supervision.
