Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, Dan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Implementasi Anggaran Berbasis Kinerja (Studi Empiris Pada Satuan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis)
The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of Leadership Styles, Organizational Commitment, and Quality of Human Resources to the Performance – Based Budgeting. Independent variables used in this study are Leadership Styles, Organizational Commitment, And Quality Of Human Resources. While the dependent variables in this study is Performance – Based Budgeting.
The population in this research is all SOPD at Bengkalis which amounted to 33. The sample in this research is all of population or 33 SOPD and each of which will be represented by three employees. Type of data used was primary data and using questionare. Data analysis conducted with multiple regression model with help of software SPSS version 20,0.
Based on this research, found that Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, and Quality of Human Resources significantly influence to the implementation of performance – based budgeting. Based on total adjusted R-square result proved that variables of Leadership Styles, Organizational Commitment, and Quality of Human Resources to the Performance – Based Budgeting results of 48,3% while the rest of 51,7% were affected by other variables that were not performed in this study.
