The activity of monitoring the discharge and the water level in the Koto Panjang hydropower reservoir is generally still done conventionally, namely the reading of a sign or water boundary installed in the reservoir by way of back returning from the power house to the reservoir which on average is done three times a day, It is necessary to monitor the discharge and water level in the Koto Panjang hydropower reservoir making it easier to open the Water Gate Close (Spillway) Using FSK XR2206 modulator and FSK XR2211 demodulator as the sender and receiver of the data from the openings of the spillway. The FSK XR2206 modulator is used as the data sender and the FSK XR2211 Demodulator is used as the data receiver. The results of data submissions are received in the Demodulator and sent to Arduino Uno R3 for processing and display on the LCD. Then after the discharge and water levels are known through the LCD display, then the supervisor can execute the command of monitoring data discharge and altitude as open the gate of the water (spillway).
