Pembuatan Rangkaian Daya Penyearah Tiga Fasa Setengah Gelombang Terkendali Thyristor Sebagai Alat Pengisi Muatan Baterai Akumulator
This final project aims to create a three phase controlled half-wave thyristor circuit used in charging system of accumulator battery whose power source comes from three phase transformer. The three phase transformer has the first secondary voltage of 25 volts and the second secondary is 19 volts. The accumulator battery used is of sealed lead acid (SLA) type with a capacity of 7.2 Ah with a nominal voltage of 12 volts. A three phase transformer charges the battery through a charge controller. Three phase controlled half-wave rectifier circuitry thyristor has been used on the charge controller to ensure the charging process takes place in a safe condition for the battery charging voltage is stopped automatically when it has reached 14.1 volts. The test results show that the charge controller can charge the charge of the accumulator battery safely. When the voltage has reached 14.1 volts then the relay contact will automatically open to break the current flow to the accumulator battery.
