Information on electrical conditions and electrical control in households is very difficult to do when away from home. The use of mobile phones can be the best solution for this because at this time the controller and monitoring system using the phone has grown rapidly. By using GSM and Arduino Module can make a tool that can monitor and control electricity at home. From the prototype-making experiment, the tool can monitor the electrical condition in the household, the results obtained will be sent via SMS to the user's mobile phone. The contents of SMS sent are PLN off, PLN on, Short Circuit or overload in accordance with electrical conditions that occur in residential. In the control can be done by sending SMS to the system, the control is done can only control 2 states that is, connect the electricity in the dwelling house and cut off the electricity in the dwelling.
