Sintesis Dan Uji Toksisitas Senyawa Pirazolin 5-(2-Fluorofenil)-3-(2-Naftalenil)-4,5-Dihidro-1h-Pirazol
ABSTRACT
Pyrazoline is one of secondary metabolites from alkaloid and has many
bioactivity such as anticancer and has high toxicity. Pyrazoline 5-(2-
fluorophenyl)-3-(naphthalen-2-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole (PH CN2-2F) can be
synthesized by reacting chalcone (E)-3-(2-fluorophenyl)-1-(naphthalen-2-yl)prop-
2-enon (CN2-2F) and hydrazine hydrate using glacial acetic acid (CH3COOH) as
catalyst under microwave irradiation. Chalcone as intermediate compound was
synthesized through Claisen-Schmidt condensation between 2-acetilnaphthalene
and 2-fluorobenzaldehyde using natrium hydroxide (NaOH) as catalyst under
microwave irradiation. The structure of chalcone and pirazolin compounds were
established on the basis of UV, IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and HRMS spectroscopic
interpretation data. The synthesized compounds were screened for toxicity using
Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) againts Artemia salina Leach. LC50 value for
chalcone and pyrazoline are 0,592 μg/mL and 20,09 μg/mL. It is concluded that
chalcone and pyrazoline are toxic.
