Strategi Komunikasi Persuasif Kepolisian Dalam Meningkatkan Partispasi Masyarakat Pada Program Safe House Di Kecamatan Sukajadi Pekanbaru
Safe house is a program established by the police sector Sukajadi. The program is conducted almost three years, and there are still some of the community who do not know the safe huse program. It is also visible form not all of society get involved in following the safe house program, as well as participation from the community form year to year decline that creats bad perception of the public against the police. This research aims to know the persuasive communication strategies at he safe house program form the police, elements of persuasive communication of the safe house program from the police force in enhancing public participation and Sukajadi berriers to communication persuavel police in increasing community participation in the safe house program.
This research uses qualitative, descriptive methods with data collection techiques of observation, interviews, and documentation. As for the validity of inspection techniques data, researchers using the technique of prolongation of participation. The data obtained are then processed of selection of informants in this study amounted to seven based on the purposive technique reserchers use.
Research results show that (1)strategy of the safe program on persuasive communication house through psikodinamika strategies in mutual activities such as payroll and, with touching emotional society, and tells the rise of criminal action that the repercussions on material losses or led to the death of sikorban, the strategy of persuasion sosiokultural the police join the berpartisipasi on community activities.
