Strategi Pengembangan Ekowisata Danau Naga Sakti Di Kecamatan Pusako Kabupaten Siak

Tourism is one of a kind of new industries capable of generating rapid economic growth in the provision of employment. Regency of Siak is one of the districts that have a variety of tourists such as tourism and nature. One of them is Danau Naga Sakti Ecotourism in Kecamatan Pusako, Ecotourism is a potential ecotourism if developed, but unfortunate ecotourism development is still minimal in the means and parasana so less desirable community. Therefore required a strategy in the development of Danau Naga Sakti Ecotourism.
The theory used in this research is Management Strategy, especially using Elittan and Anatan theory to determine the right strategy to solve the problem. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with Triangulation technique, data collecting by interview, observation and documentation. Further analyzed by using SWOT analysis.
The result of the research is the implementation of development strategy Danau Naga Sakti Ecotourism that has been done but not optimal then in doing the development strategy with technology strategy, innovation strategy, operation strategy and factors influencing the implementation of development strategy of Danau Naga Sakti Ecotourism in Pusako District of Siak Regency Among others: Regional Finance, Skilled and professional Human Resources and Infrastructure. In order for tourism to be directed and able to compete with other regions so will many investors who want to cooperate with Siak District Government, in addition to government cooperation, community and also stakeholders as implementers in the field must cooperate with each other.
