Existing programs in Sungai Tohor are programs UP2K, Program UP2K is one of the programs that take government addressed to women and only priority to those who are less able or minimal capital to start or expand their business, so they were not able to increase their revenue and result are not capable of supporting the household economy.
Theoretical concept used is that management according to Terry, in Manullang which states that the implementation of management functions or pengerak is the most important and dominant in the management process. So, we need leadership, motivation and communication in its implementation. These factors are the Human Resources (HR), Technology and Management.
This study aims weeks to find out how and factors affecting the Business Improvement Program Family Income (UP2K) in Sungai Tohor district. Tebing Tinggi District Eastern Keplauan Meranti. Researchers used deskriprif approach by using purposive sampling method with teknk data collection using interviews, observation and documentation.
The results of this study are Business Improvement Program Family Income (UP2K) in Sungai Tohor district. Tebing Tinggi District Eastern Keplauan Meranti. Sources of funds used in the program is trying to increase creativity, encourage to absorb labor. Avoid people from perlepasan money and increase the role of communities in managing capital assistance funds from the government through the ADD in each year has not run optimally terkendalanya by the cost you want to use in the manufacturing process of the manufacture of liquid sugar. Factors that affect, among others: Human Resources (HR), Technology and Management.
