Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Desa Kotabaru Seberida Kecamatan Keritang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
Public service in administrative management at Kotabaru Seberida Village Office is not optimal. Not optimal public service in Kotabaru Seberida Village Office caused by not implemented SOP (Standard Operational Services) that have been set. The purpose of this research is to know the quality of service and to know the factors that influence the administrative service in Kotabaru Seberida Village Office.
In this study the authors use the theory L.P Sinambela (2006) which consists of transparent, accountability, conditional, and participatory. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research method. This research was conducted at Kotabaru Seberida Village Office Keritang Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency. Techniques of collecting data through interviews, obsevation and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive method.
The results showed that public service in administrative management in Kotabaru Seberida Village Office is not optimal. The not optimal public in Kotabaru Seberida Village Office is caused by the not being implemented SOP (Standard Operational Services) that have been set. There are several factors that encourage public services in the Kotabaru Seberida Village Office which is the ease of handling interests, getting services fairly, and getting honest and honest treatment.
