Tata Kelola Pengaduan Pelayanan Publik pada Ombudsman Perwakilan Provinsi Riau
In the Organization of the State especially Government providing services and protection for the rights of community members by Government's apparatus including the judiciary is part of which is inseparable from efforts to create justice and welfare. Because of that to realize it, then formed the institution of Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in charge of supervising the Organization of public services to the community.
The purpose of this research is to know the complaint the public service governance in Riau Province and analyzing on the factors affecting the complaint the public service by Ombudsman Representatives of Riau Province.
Research method used is descriptive research with qualitative approach. In the collection of data searchers used technique of observation, interview and the study of librarianship. With used the informant as a source of information and data analysis techniques by means of data collection, the presentation of the data, reduction of data and draw conclusions.
The results showed that corporate governance report the complaint the public service Ombudsman Representatives of Riau Province is done with several stages starting from the planning process related registration and acceptance of complaint reports, process of examination and report, after it implemented the process of investigation into public complaints reports, stages of monitoring and evaluation report on public complaints. While the factors that affect by Ombudsman Representatives of Riau Province is factor the lack of human resources the officer Ombudsman Representatives of Riau Province, factor lack of budget Ombudsman Republic Indonesia and lack of facilities and infrastructure at Representatives of Ombudsman's Office in Riau Province.
