Pengaruh Kemampuan Dan Kerjasama Tim Terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Karyawan Dengan Di Mediasi Loyalitas Karyawan (Studi Kasus Karyawan Outsourcing Pada Pt. Pln (Persero) Area Pekanbaru)
This study aimed to examine and analyze the impact on work ability and
teamwork on productivity with loyalty as mediation variable.
The study was conducted in PT PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru. Data used
consist of primary and secondary data. The data was collected by using
questionnaires that give to 250 employees that used slovin method. Descriptive
analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and the
research hypotheses by using relevant statistical tests. Variables used are work
ability and teamwork as independent, productivity as dependent and loyalty as the
mediating variable. The method of analyzed that used is path analysis which aims
to know the directly and indirectly effects. This research is processed by SPSS 20
for windows.
The study reveals that directly work ability have significant impact on
productivity, teamwork have significant impact on productivity and loyalty have
significant impact on productivity. Indirectly, loyalty has positive mediating role
on the impact of work ability to productivity and loyalty hasn’t positive mediating
role on the impact of team work to productivity. The improvement of work ability
and teamwork is recommended in order to optimize the productivity.
