School of Painting with Contemporary Approach is a place to learn and understand the painting, caontemporary architecture continues to develop over time. With the same nature then contemporary architecture can convey the function of building well with transparent concept. The researchmethods used field data collection, literature study dan empirial studies. The results of this study can design a good building and by tne functions and principles of contemporary architecture is a solid building, the concept of open space, the suitability of outer and inner space, comfort and landscape exploration.
