Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Sekolah (Studi Kasus Pada SMPN Se-Kota Pekanbaru)
Purpose of this research is to know and analyses leadership to job
satisfaction and impact to school performance of SMP Negeri as Pekanbaru City,
either influence directly and also indirect.
The population in this study is the vice principal of SMPN school in
Pekanbaru City. Vice Principla of the school referred to as many as 3 positions in
each school namely the vice Principla of curriculum, student affairs, and the field
of infrastructure and public facilities, sampling technique with 120 census
method. The composition of female respondents as many as 85 people or 70.82%,
with the composition of the most 41-50 years age of 51 people or 42.50%. The
analysis uses path analysis with the help of WarpPLS.5.0 processing..
Result of research indicates that leadership of School Principla have
positive significant affect on The Teacher of Job Satisfaction, The Teacher of Job
Satisfaction affect on School performance; Leadership of School Principla affect
the School Performance, and Through Teacher of job satisfaction have positive
and significant affect on the school performance, it can be concluded, The
Teacher of Job Satisfaction have an important role in mediating relations between
leadership of school principla on the school performance.
