Pengaruh Recruitment, Kompetensi Dan Work Team Terhadap Kinerja Pengurus Usaha Ekonomi Desa/Keluruhan Simpan Pinjam (Ued/K-Sp) Kecamatan Bukit Batu Kabupaten Bengkalis
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of recruitment,
competence and work team toward performance of employee Usaha Ekonomi
Desa/Kelurahan Simpan Pinjam (UED/K-SP) in Bukit Batu, Bengkalis. The
population in this research are 152 employee UED/K-SP. The data were collected
using a questioner and purposive random sampling, the research find out 107
respondent. Data was analyzed using SPSS with focus on descriptive statistics and
multiple linear regression method
The study show that recruitment, competence and work team was postive effect
and significant on employee performance either partially or stimultaneously.Competence
have more powerful effects on employee performance than the other independent
variabel.
Implications for institution life are recruitment processes are planned and
executed systematically. Having the right competence is importance for employee
performance. Policy makers need to continue to maintain and improve the
competence of the management through the provision of training and the opportunity
to follow courses and formed a solid team work.
