This study aimed to analyze the performance of vocational teachers in Rokan Hulu, to analyze the competence of vocational teachers in Rokan Hulu, to analyze the completeness of infrastructure SMK in Rokan Hulu, to analyze the influence of teacher competence and completeness of infrastructure on teacher performance partially in Rokan Hulu, as well as to analyze the influence of teacher competence and completeness of infrastructure on teacher performance simultaneously in RokanHulu. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The population in this study is a vocational school teachers who totaled 384. The data collection technique using questionnaire techniques and documentation, while the technique of data analysis using quantitative techniques with statistical methods descriptive and inferential statistics. Through descriptive statistics, will describe all the facts obtained from the field.
Based on the survey results revealed performance categories vocational teachers disagree significant deficiencies in the performance of teachers. The highest score on the item successful cooperation forged between teachers in improving their competence. The lowest scores on the quality of the item produced, it can be seen from the number of graduates who are not ready to work and even some of their work is not in accordance with the skills taught Waku school. Competence vocational teachers working in Rokan Hulu in this category significantly already good enough job competence of existing teachers. Completeness of the educational facilities at SMK in Rokan Hulu by 3.3 is significant enough category. The highest scores on the items which means that the SMK in Rokan Hulu has access roads are within easy reach, and the competence of teachers have a significant effect on the performance of vocational teachers in the Secretariat of Rokan Hulu (Sig. 0.000
