This research was conducted to examine the indicate of human quality, utilization of information technology, regional finance supervision, and internal control systems on the value of local financial statement information. The object of this research is the staff/employees working in the downstream OPD Rokan Hilir and sample in this research is head of service, head of all financial departments, and treasurer. The technique used Purposeve sampling method. Sample of the research amounted to 81 respondents. This research data using primary data direcly through questionnaire. Perform multiple analyszes witih SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate of human quality, utilization of information technology, regional finance supervision, and internal control systems. The coefficient of determination determines that the variables needed by humans, information technology, financial supervision, and the control system of information values. 97.3%, while the remaining 2.7% variables cannot be used in this study.
