Chassis is one of the important parts in karts that must have strong construction to hold the vehicle load. All loads in the passenger vehicle, engine, steering system, and all comfort equipment are all placed on the chassis. Therefore, each chassis construction must be able to hold all loads from the vehicle. The process of making kart chassis starts with the selection of materials, measurements, cuts, and rollers. The chassis assembly process starts with welding, clamping and painting. From the results of the manufacture and assembly of the kart chassis that is obtained from the SCH 40 chassis material.
