Analisis Pengaruh Sanitasi Lingkungan, Pengetahuan Ibu Dan Ekonomi Keluarga Pada Status Gizi Balita Di Desa Lubuk Sakat Kabupaten Kampar
Malnutrition is one of the health problems that occur due to chronic nutrition insufficiency. Nutrition insufficiency is one of the main causes of death in toddlers. (WHO data 2002) shows that 60% of infant and toddler deaths are caused by cases of nutrition insufficiency and malnutrition (Dina, 2007). Monitoring the nutritional status in Riau Province, especially in Kampar Regency is the second highest ranked whose toddlers have malnutrition and nutrition insufficiency status, which is 10%. While the target of Riau Province Health Office in 2016 was 8.7% of toddlers have nutrition insufficiency and malnutrition. Perhentian Raja Community Health Center, which is one of the health centers in Kampar Regency, recorded that in 2017 malnutrition and nutrition insufficiency toddlers numbered 33 people (1.7%) out of 1,864 toddlers. Lubuk Sakat Village, which is one of the work areas of Perhentian Raja Community Health Center, has the highest percentage of toddlers with malnutrition and nutrition insufficiency at 2.3%, compared to other villages. The occurrence of malnutrition and nutrition insufficiency in toddlers is caused by several factors including lack of nutritional intake, parenting and, attacks of chronic infections. In addition, there are also indirect causes such as low purchasing power and the unavailability of nutritious food and limited knowledge about nutritious food for mothers and toddlers. Environmental sanitation is a very important factor for humans, including the child's mental development and growth. Toddlers are a group of children who are vulnerable to environmental impact.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of environmental sanitation on toddlers nutritional status in Lubuk Sakat Village, Kampar Regency, analyze the influence of mothers knowledge levels on toddlers nutritional status in Lubuk Sakat Village Kampar Regency, and analyze the influence of family economic levels on toddlers nutritional status in Lubuk Sakat Village Kampar Regency.
The research is located in the village of Lubuk Sakat in the working area of the Perhentian Raja Community Health Center in Kampar Regency from December 2018 to March 2019. The research approach used a quantitative approach that was analyzed descriptively analytically with a cross sectional design. The type of data uses quantitative data, the primary data source of environmental sanitation, the level of mother's knowledge and family economy uses a questionnaire. Secondary data sources were obtained from population census data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and, interviews. The population in this study is all of the mothers who have toddlers in Lubuk Sakat Village, the working area of the Perhentian Raja community Health Center in Kampar Regency, data for the year of 2017, amounted to 217 people. The sample was determined by Simple Random Sampling, obtained a sample of n = 68 people. Validity Test is determined using the Part-Whole equation or by comparing r arithmetic with r tables. In this case if the Corrected item, Total Correlation / Pearson correlation value or r count> from r table, for n = 68 r table value = 0.198, then the instrument is valid. The Reliability Test results show that each variable coefficient has a cronbach's alpha value> 0.6, meaning that all the variables in this study are reliable.
