ABSTRACT

Clean and healthy lifestyle is one of the behaviors related to one's efforts or activities to improve their health based on awareness, so as to prevent disease and play an active role in realizing a healthy environment by regular exercise, not smoking, adequate rest and a positive lifestyle. The school is a second place after home to get learning and guidance on Clean Healthy Life Behavior. 004 Public Elementary School is one of the schools in Sungai Kubu Village, Kubu District, Riau Rokan Hilir Regency. This school was founded in 1975 and until now students / I in this school numbered 207 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation and factors that influence the implementation of Clean Healthy Life Behavior in the 004 Village Elementary School of Sungai Kubu Village. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. From the results of the research that has been carried out, the implementation of Clean Healthy Life Behavior in the 004 Public Elementary School of Sungai Kubu Village has reached full moon health amounting to 67.90% and healthy health 32.10%. As well as the factors that influence Clean Healthy Life Behavior in the 004 Village Elementary School of Sungai Kubu, namely regulations or placards about clean and healthy lifestyle that are available but inadequate, rarely conducted Clean Healthy Life Behavior socialization, and Clean and Healthy Behavior Facilities and Infrastructure Available but inadequate such as toilet cleaning tools 004 Public Elementary School Sungai Kubu Village.
