The goal of student achievement should not fully only in the number and value of achievement or cognitive learning outcomes. But it is also concerned with affective learning outcomes indicated in attitude or behavior. This can be achieved through one of them with a reliable power learners manage the learning process disekolah.Masalah often faced by students is that they are not able to connect between what they learn and how to use the knowledge that they will find of learning in schools. This is due to how they obtain information and self-motivation has not been touched by an approach that can really help them. Therefore the approach that actually can provide answers to this problem is required one approach bisamemberdayakan better students are contextual approach. This study aimed to analyze the influence of contextual learning approaches and morale of teachers toward learning motivation and affective impact on student learning outcomes. The population in this study were 728 students in grade 8 SMPN 20 and SMPN 23 in District Charming. With random cluster sampling technique obtained sample of 155 students. Collecting data using a questionnaire with Likert scale, and then the data were analyzed using path analysis with SPSS.
In accordance with the results of observations, the implementation approach of contextual learning in students' perception that most contribute to the enhancement of learning motivation and learning outcomes affective student is constructivism, inquiry, modeling, reflection and assessment, while for the morale of teachers according to student perception Junior High School 20 and Junior High School 23 in District Charming who most contribute to the enhancement of learning motivation and affective student learning outcomes is a high loyalty teacher in the task.
This shows that good or bad quality of contextual learning approaches and teacher morale will also reduce or increase the students' motivation affective impact on student learning outcomes.
