aaaThis research was conducted in January - March 2019. The research was carried out in the Pangkalan Kerinci II Community Health Center. Research Objectives 1). Conduct quality inspection of refill drinking water based on physical parameters, chemical parameters and microbiological parameters at refill drinking water depots, 2). Know what are the factors that influence the quality of refill drinking water in terms of place, water source standard and personal hygiene in drinking water depots, 3). Knowing the impact of the existence of drinking water depots on the community if viewed from the economic, social, environmental and health aspects of the refill drinking water depot business. The research approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach with survey methods. The sample in this study were 11 refill drinking water depots and 100 selected communities who used refill drinking water depots as a source of drinking water. The instruments in this study used laboratory tests, questionnaires and interview guides. Data analysis is described descriptively with frequency distribution tables in the form of graphs and diagrams.

aaaBased on the research results, most of the refill drinking water depots in the work area of Pangkalan Kerinci II Public Health Center meet physical, chemical and bacteriological health requirements. Factors affecting the quality of drinking water are obtained from 11 depots where raw water sources and sources meet the requirements while there are 8 operators who do not meet the requirements in carrying out depot operations. In terms of the economic, social and environmental aspects of health from the refill drinking water depot business, the results of the majority of the community stated that the presence of drinking water depots around the community had an impact on the community both in terms of economic, social, environmental and health aspects.
