Kinetika Pertumbuhan Mikroalga Dengan Menggunakan Media Air Gambut Dan Penambahan Nutrien
In this study the cultivation of microalgae using peat water and the addition of NaNO3 was 1 g / l; 1.25 g / l and 1.5 g / l. Microalgae biomass produced from the cultivation process is used as animal feed. The kinetics of the Logistic model and the Monod model are used to predict the growth of microalgae in the cultivation process. The results showed that the addition of 1.5 g / l NaNO¬3 produced the highest microalgae biomass at 5.59 grams. The kinetic parameter of the Logistic model is that the maximum growth rate value (a) is 1.3268 / day and the carrying capacity (a⁄b) is 1305600 cells/ml. While the kinetic parameters of the Monod model are the maximum growth rate (μmax) is 0.7807 / day and the substrate saturation constant (Ks) is 1.6211 mg/ml. The results also showed that the cultivation of microalgae can neutralize the pH of peat water from 4.4 to 6.9.
