Hubungan Iklim Organisasi Dan Pendidikan Latihan Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa, Politik Dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study tried to answer the question: (1) How does the motivation of employees working in National Unity, Politics and Public Protection Rokan Hilir?, (2) How to Influence Education and training on work motivation of employees in National Unity, Politics and Public Protection Rokan Hilir? The method used to combine the two approaches, quantitative and qualitative. A quantitative approach with frequency tables and cross-tabulations. While Qualititaif descriptively. Samples were taken by census and simple random according to the characteristics of the population. Location studies in National Unity, Politics and Public Protection Rokan Hilir. Results of the study found that the climate in Environmental Organisation of National Unity, Politics and Public Protection Rokan Hilir, Riau Province visits of (1) workloads (2) Level of Work Harmony, (3) Cooperation and (4) regulations. Showed that respondents with regard to the organizational climate in the neighborhood of National Unity, Politics and Public Protection Rokan Hilir, Riau Province, has not been able to finish the work on time with good results and were able to finish with a specific target. In general motivation to work in an environment of National Unity, Politics and Public Protection Rokan Hilir is still not good. Allegedly factors lack of encouragement is a major factor. A lack of impetus in the work causes them less motivated in their work. In addition to the lack of incentives motivating factor is also a culprit. Then the education and training of employees turned out to correlate well with low work ethic. Compared to the organizational climate and educational training in giving effect to work motivation, of the recapitulation of the above data provide that information, organizational climate is almost the same effect reached 52.54% which is comparable to a factor of education and training given to the staff of the Agency Kesbangpol and Linmas Rokan Hilir which only reached 52.55%.
