Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kepemilikan Sertifikat Laik Sehat Serta Kepuasan Konsumen Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

This research was conducted on November 2016 until January 2017 in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this research was to analyze the correlation as simultaneous nor partial, and also the direct effect or indirect effect between the ownership knowledge of refill drinking water, ownership training, The supervision of the health workers and the examination of total coliform bacteria toward the ownership health certificate in Kuantan Singingi Regency and analyzing the correlation the ownership health certificate toward the costumers satisfaction to the refill drinking water in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method that used was the survey method with 72 samples of the refill drinking water. The data analysis that used was path analysis. Based on the result of the research, the variable of ownership’s knowledge, training, supervision of the health workers and examination of total coliform bacteria had correlation as simultaneous and significant toward the ownership health certificate. As partial was nothing correlated between the checking of total coliform bacteria of refill drinking water toward the ownership health certificate, while the variable of knowledge, training, and supervision the health workers had significant effect toward the ownership of health certificate. The knowledge of refill drinking water ownership, the training of the ownership refill drinking water, and the supervision of the health workers had correlation as direct and indirect toward the ownership health certificate. The ownership health certificate was not significant toward the costumers satisfaction to the refill drinking water in Kuantan Singing Regency.
