The development of the world of travel agents in Indonesia is inseparable from the role of Hajj and Umrah travel. Promotions that are considered strategic to attract the attention of prospective customers they have. One of the influential Hajj Umrah travel in Pekanbaru is PT. Silver Silk Tour and Travel Pekanbaru. This research aims to find out Umrah tour packages and consumer responses to the promotion of Umrah tour packages at PT. Silver Silk Tour and Travel Pekanbaru. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods to analyze problems based on data collection techniques Observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation and then draw conclusions. With the accidental sampling method so that the samples are consumers who have used the services of PT. Silver Silk Tour and Travel Pekanbaru. Based on research conducted, the results of data processing indicate the implementation of promotions at PT. Silver Silk Tour and Travel Pekanbaru is very good.
