Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Penempatan Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Yastera Di Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and placement on
performance through employee job satisfaction at PT Yastera in Pekanbaru. The
population in this study were employees of PT. Yastera
Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the
results of research, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use path analysis (path
analysis) with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that was chosen
was the Purposive Sampling method (142 employees of PT. Yastera).
The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a positive and significant
influence of motivation on performance at PT. Yastera, 2) there is a positive and
significant influence on the placement of employees on job satisfaction, 3) there is a
positive and significant influence of motivation on performance, 4) there is a positive
and significant influence of employee placement on performance, 5) there is a
positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on performance, 6) there is a positive
and significant influence of motivation on performance through job satisfaction, 7)
there is a positive and significant influence of employee placement on performance
through job satisfaction.
