Public trnsportation is one component that plays n important role in life in activitie, especially in business cities, everyone wants to do something quickiy, there is no word to wait. Therefore, the ease of movement from one place to another becpmes very important, so the ability is demanded to optimize costs and time. Trans Meto Pekanbaru is a trnsportation ceveted by the pepole of Pekanbaru because in addition to being ble to provide services ,it is sfer comfortable and also offotdsble by the publik trnsport community and can move withing the community. This research is the first to describe how the Process Service Trans Metro in Corridor 03 Campus UIN Panam –Ramayaana center Sudirman and what causes or is not good Service Trans Metro in Corridor 03 Campus UIN Panam – Rmayana center Sudirman.
In writing this thesis, the author uses a qulitave research method. The writer describes factually what is seen and discovered from the Process Service Trans Metro Pekanbaru. This method is suported by the resulits of interview observations, and documentation that has been done by the author in Pekanbaru City. Trans Metro Pekanbaru does not have a special lane such as the busway in Jakarta so That other vehicles can at any time pass through the Bus Trans Metro Pekanbaru route. The Bus Trans Metro stop is on the side of the road. This position is certainly vulnerable and causes congestion. Some stops are not given a seat, and some stops are not functioning property and many are leaking so that many passengers are disturbed by water droplets. Trans Metro Bus’s erratic schedule of arrivales and departures that should be around 10 minutes, becomes more than 10 minutes. Causing people to choose other modes of transportation. Facilites in the Trans Metro Pekanbaru such as air cans, audio and handles for some that stand off some .
