The aim of this research is to improve the fine motor ability of children through the activities of weaving with natural materials in children aged 4 - 5 years in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Banjar Pulau Banjar Kari Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi District. One aspect of early childhood development in Kindergarten is motor development, it means that the development of motor ability as the development of maturity element and gesture control in developing motor ability of children also develop the ability to observe, considering the result of his observation and experience. According to author observers in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Pulau Banjar Kari Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah there are 16 children to be observed. There are some problems such as 1) Children show that the motor skills of children are still said to be less developed with the maximum seen in the drawing activities there are some children who coloring way is still rigid and rough so that the coloring results tend not but. 2) When the child makes a circle, the result is a box shape and does not match what is expected. 3) In making the writing streak is still not tidy even there are still some who can not write correctly. 4) At the time of plagiarizing the results of children still look less presentable because the results are different from the original tracing and tend to always repeat the kid in making cimplakan. 5) When the activity matching the result is also not tidy even there are those who are impatient and not careful so just by a few times the child directly tear the results of his work.In cycle I seen improvement in fine motor ability of children by obtaining an average of 39.79% with indicators performing manipulative movements to produce a form using various media. After the completion of the action completed in cycle II the average value of the fine motor ability of the child increased to 58.32% with the indicator making the vertical line / curve left / right, left / right tilt, circle. The increase that occurred in cycle II when compared with prasiklus was 89.00%.
