This research purpose is to know that the experimental method can improve the ability to know the concept of color in children 4-5 years old early childhood Quantum Kids Saber Duri District of Bengkalis. to find out how the implementation of the application of experimental methods and how large an increase in the ability to know the concept of color in children 4-5 years old early childhood kids Quantum Saber Duri District of Bengkalis. This research is a classroom action research, this study was conducted in two cycles. research subjects as many as 10 children, seven girls and three boys in the second semester 2015/2016. The research data using the method of observation with the observation sheet instruments. The results of data analysis showed an increase in the ability to know the concept of color with the application of the experimental method in the first cycle of 46.24% in the category begins to develop .In the second cycle increased to 76.87% in the category is growing very well. It was concluded that the experimental method can improve the ability to know the concept of color in children 4-5 years in early childhood Quantum Kids Saber Duri Bengkalis District of academic year 2015/2016. The ability to know the concept of color with the application of the implementation of the experimental method in the first cycle and the second cycle can be improved by an experimental method in which the children are able to recognize the concept of color. During the implementation cycle I and cycle II in the first cycle increased 15% with an average of 46,24% and second cycle increased to 66,24% with an average of 76,89% with is in the category of developing very well.
