Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Dan Implikasinya Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Produk The Body Shop Di Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to see and know the direct effect of Product Quality on
Customer Satisfaction and Its Implications for Repurchase Interest. This research
was conducted at The Body Shop Indonesia in the city of Pekanbaru. The Body
Shop outlets are located in SKA Pekanbaru mall, CiputraSeraya mall and Living
World mall. The study population was all buyers of The Body Shop Products
domiciled in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, using Path Analysis. In this case the
number of population is not known with certainty, so that the population form is
in the category of non probability sampling.
In this study, researchers will use SEM (Structural Equation Modeling)
analysis. In this analysis, a sample of 10 times the number of variable indicators
used is needed. Thus the number of samples to be examined in this study is 160
people. The results in this study that performance, features, reliability, service,
aesthetics, the impression of quality affect customer satisfaction and customer
satisfaction have a significant positive effect on repurchase interest.
