Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Motivasi Dan Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Pekanbaru

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and competence on
motivation and performance, the influence of motivation on performance, and the
influence of leadership and competence on employee performance through
motivation.The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Riau Kepri
Pekanbaru Branch includes 7 sub-branches as many as 190 people. The sample in
this study were 129 people. The data used in this study are primary and secondary
data, while data collection techniques are using questionnaires.
The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation
Modeling (SEM), using smartPls software. The results of this study indicate that
leadership and competence influence work motivation. Leadership, competence
and Motivation affect employee performance. Leadership, competence have a
significant effect on employee performance through motivation.
