Analisis Respon Masyarakat Terhadap Pelayanan SIM Online Di Polresta Pekanbaru
Online Driver;s License service by Polresta Pekanbaru has entered the third year, but there are still many people who donot understand how to get driver’s license with onlinve service, and still revealed the action brokering. This study aims to determine the public response to the service of online driver’s service in Polresta Pekanbaru. This study involves theories of perception, response and adoption. Data collection techniques were conducted using documentation, questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. Public response, and in terms of elements of perspective, attitudes and participation are positive. Factors that affect the response of the community that is self, the target response and the environmental situation of the community.
